The clearance.

Where we identify items that hold financial value, we'll let you know before anything is removed. You can choose to keep them, have them valued, or allow us to offset their value against the cost of the clearance. This can reduce the overall price by a considerable amount.
Where Your Items Go
We take our environmental responsibility seriously. Nothing goes to landfill unless there is absolutely no alternative. Here's what happens to the items we clear:

Furniture, clothing, and household goods in good condition are donated to our charity partners.

Recyclable materials such as metals, glass, wood, and cardboard are sent to specialist recycling centres.

Items with resale value are sold on, with any proceeds offset against the cost of your clearance.

Only items that are genuinely beyond reuse or recycling are sent for responsible disposal.

We provide full waste transfer notes for every clearance, giving you complete peace of mind.
